Consider the Thrilla Dilla quesadilla with hickory smoked angus brisket and shallot peach chutney, or keep it simple with a mix of marinated olives.

You can’t go wrong with Never Blue’s tacos, with options like the Island Fish with blackened haddock, pineapple and mango slaw, and onions on flour shells. The Brisket Barbacoa tacos feature smoked angus, queso fresco, and salsa verde on corn shells. If it’s a sandwich you want, you’ll have options like the Tampa Cuban with tender mojo pork, smoked pit ham, mayo, garlic dills, and mustard on Cuban bread courtesy of La Segunda Bakery in Tampa. The Chef’s Burger comes with ribeye ground in-house, cheese, garlic dills, aioli, bacon red onion jam, and more.

Never Blue is located at 119 S Main Street, Hendersonville, North Carolina 28792. Hours are subject to change, but the restaurant is open in the later half of the week, from Thursday to Saturday.
